In this lesson we worked on our production roles. I, being part of the costume team worked on organising the costume rail so that every hanger had a label indicating which character the clothes or accessories are to be worn by to make it easy to find them on the rack during the show. We also created a list of what clothes are worn for each scene for every character, I did Roger's sheet and a sheet of what 'Thugs' would wear. Here is a picture of the sheet I did for Roger:
After this I helped the publicity team create the programs by finding out the names of all the people involved in the show (e.g. the band members, the company who put up the scaffolding etc.) and after that I helped the props team with their props list. This lesson allowed us to get everything ready for our shows and get prepped.
